Clint Express Limited, Road 3 Suite H510 & 530, Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria, operates the Clint Express Bills application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), NDPR, and Google Play's Developer Program Policies. The app is developed by Tobweb Global Services Limited.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
- Required: Full name, email, phone number, username, password, 4-digit transaction PIN
- Optional: Date of birth, referral code
2.2 Financial Information
- Wallet balance and virtual bank account details
- Transaction history (purchases, wallet fundings)
- Payment references and timestamps
We NEVER store card details. Card payments are processed by Paystack (PCI-DSS compliant). We never see your card numbers, CVV, or PINs.
2.3 Device & Technical
- Device model, OS version, IP address
- App crash reports and performance data
- JWT authentication tokens (stored securely on device)
- Biometric data (fingerprint/face) — never leaves your device
2.4 What We Do NOT Collect
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone
- GPS location, SMS, call logs
- Calendar, files, browsing history
3. How We Use Your Data
- Processing airtime, data, electricity, cable transactions
- Account creation, authentication, security
- Payment processing and wallet management
- Transaction notifications and receipts
- Customer support and dispute resolution
- Legal compliance (AML, KYC, tax)
- Aggregated analytics to improve the app
No advertising. We do not use your data for ads and never sell it to advertisers.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Paystack Payments Ltd — card/bank payment processing
- PaymentPoint/Moniepoint — virtual bank accounts
- VTU API Providers — service fulfillment
- Law enforcement — when legally required (court orders, EFCC requests)
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
5. App Permissions
- Internet — Required for all app functions
- Network State — Detecting online/offline status
- Biometric — Optional fingerprint/face login (can be declined)
6. Data Security
- HTTPS/TLS 1.2+ encryption for all transmissions
- Bcrypt password hashing
- Encrypted PIN storage
- JWT tokens with automatic expiry
- Android Keystore for secure token storage
- 15-minute idle auto-logout
- Server firewall and rate limiting
7. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data kept while account is open
- Financial records: 5 years minimum (CBN requirement)
- Closed accounts: Data deleted within 90 days
8. Your Rights (NDPA 2023)
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Data portability in machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Object to certain processing
- File complaint with Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC)
Account Deletion: Email support@clintexpressbills.com with subject "Delete My Account". Processed within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
This app is for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

The mobile app does not use cookies. Our website uses essential cookies for session management only.
