1. Acceptance
By using Clint Express Bills, you agree to these Terms. The service is operated by Clint Express Limited (Road 3 Suite H510 & 530, Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC Lekki, Lagos). You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
2. Services
We provide: Airtime top-up (MTN, GLO, Airtel, 9Mobile), Data bundles, Electricity bills (prepaid/postpaid), Cable TV (DSTV, GOTV, StarTimes), Wallet services, and Savings products.
3. Your Account
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep password and transaction PIN confidential
- One account per person
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
4. Wallet
- Fund via bank transfer (auto-credit) or Paystack (card/bank)
- Minimum funding: ₦100
- Your wallet is a prepaid service balance, not a bank deposit
- Not insured by NDIC and does not earn interest
5. Transactions
- All transactions require your 4-digit PIN
- Transactions are final once confirmed
- Verify all details before submitting
- We are not liable for wrong recipient details you provide
- Service delivery depends on third-party providers
6. Refunds & Disputes
- Failed transactions are auto-reversed to your wallet
- Report disputes within 7 days of occurrence
- Resolution within 7-14 business days
- No refund for user-entered errors (wrong numbers)
7. Prohibited Activities
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud
- Using stolen payment credentials
- Hacking or reverse-engineering our systems
- Creating multiple or fake accounts
- Abusing referral programs or promotions
Zero Tolerance: We cooperate fully with EFCC, CBN, and Nigerian authorities. Fraudulent accounts are permanently banned and reported.
8. Fees
- Service fees are displayed before confirmation
- Paystack may charge processing fees
- Virtual account funding is typically fee-free
- Fee changes communicated 14 days in advance
9. Termination
- By you: Email support@clintexpressbills.com to close your account. Remaining balance refunded.
- By us: We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.
10. Liability
- Service provided "as is" without warranties
- Not liable for third-party provider failures
- Maximum liability: transaction value or ₦100,000 (whichever is lower)
11. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
